In this episode we dive into the topic of fascia and soft stretch release technique therapy with Neuromyofascial Specialist Ashly Wenzel.
Ashly earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology: Pre-Med from Grand Canyon University. Shortly after graduation in 2011, she was hit by a truck while riding her triathlon racing bike. Years of surgery, rehab, and pain, she discovered fascia therapy and found healing and relief for the first time, which changed her life perspective and career path. She is now a Neuromyofascia Therapy Specialist and has been teaching fascia therapy courses to fellow health and wellness professionals since 2016.
